Teachings in August

For four weeks in August we are keeping the children in the meeting the whole time and are looking at 4 different parables that Jesus told. Each week we are also having a memory verse with a prize for those who can remember all four at the end of the month. This weeks parable was the parable of the sower from Matthew 13.

The memory verse is "Those who truly hear and understand God's word, produce a harvest” Matt 13:23 (NLT).
